Ask any lawyer, and you’ll hear how court delays cost clients more money. Plus, it’s frustrating to be unable to have your case heard by a judge because there aren’t any available hearing times. Courts in Iowa will actually be closed Friday due to budget constraints. If the government can’t allocate enough money for our court system to run properly, we need to start coming up with other solutions.
